Play with us! Join us for an 8-week wellness journey. Throughout this program, you will learn various mindfulness practices to aid in de-stressing, letting go and cultivating self-compassion. Through the practices, we’ll connect to the present moment and then explore a variety of creative mediums like painting, drawing and more! We’ll tap into the inner child and allow ourselves the opportunity to play in the moment, which leads to more play and joy in life.
